The cleaning packages here outline typical services that are performed at that cleaning level and rate. Cleaning sessions are tailored to the client's preference.

- Flat fees may be applied for mileage and cleaning supplies
- Invoices sent after session; payment requested within 24 hours
Service Packages
Basic Cleaning
Starting at $45/hr
The perfect support for busy lives or high traffic spaces at a weekly, biweekly or monthly pace. A much needed touch up that goes a long way!
- Light dusting surfaces
- Bathrooms: Showers, toilets, sinks, fixtures
- Kitchen: Stove top, inside of microwave, outsides of appliances, countertops, sink
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped
- Client preference: windows, inside of oven & fridge
Deep Cleaning
Starting at $60/hr
The ultimate refresh for any home or business. Transforming cleaning touching surfaces that might not have seen a clean in years!
- High to low heavy dry dusting (every room)
- Wet wiping fixtures, fans, walls, doors, trim (every room)
- Cabinetry wiped inside and out (bathrooms & kitchen, client preference)
- Reachable windows, sills, and shades cleaned (every room, client preference)
- Furniture wiped down (tables, chairs, dressers, client preference)
- Kitchen: Appliances wiped inside and out, countertops, backsplash, sink
- Bathroom: Showers, toilets, sinks, fixtures (deep scrub)
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped, built up and hard to reach areas receive extra attention

- Unfinished living areas (cement basements)
- Damaged surfaces (peeling paint, damaged drywall, etc)
- Garages, Sheds, & Cellars
- Crawlspaces or Boathouses
- Motorized vehicles
- Heavy molded areas
- Areas with pest infestation
